TERESA MARTÍNEZ: SINTAC
Department Manager at SINTAC Recycling

Teresa, department Manager at SINTAC Recycling, graduated in Chemistry from the Autonomous University of Madrid. She has extensive experience at national and international level in the field of Environment, Circularity, Waste and Resources.

Teresa has been responsible for AENOR’s Plastics Certification for 10 years, being a member of the Technical Committee for the Standardization of Plastics, which develops the technical requirements to be met as indicators of functionality of products and services. She was General Manager of Cicloplast, helping the implementation of EPR schemes in Spain: ECOEMBES for plastics packaging and CICLOAGRO for agricultural plastics.  She has been invited to participate as an expert by the EU Commission in the debates prior to the drafting of the Plastics and Circular Economy Strategy 2018, and by the Environmental Commissions of the Spanish Congress and Senate, during the parliamentary processing of the Spanish Waste Law of 2011.

GUILLERMO SALCINES: REYDE
Environment, R&D and Quality Manager

Guillermo, Environment, R&D and Quality Manager at REYDE, got his Master’s degree in Chemistry at the Complutense University of Madrid.

Guillermo has experience with circularity (360), sustainability, and eco-design of PE jerrycans for industry with recycled materials. He also participated in a Research project o

n sustainable pigments for automotive industry in Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland and worked as Quality technician in flexible LLDPE packaging industry at Silvalac, S.A. in Barcelona.

PILAR RUBIO: AGROFRESH
Quality and environmental manager

Pilar, Quality and environmental manager at Agrofresh, graduated in agronomic engineering in the Politechnic University of Valencia.

Pilar has experience in Process management for AGROFRESH sustainability performance improvement; Quality and environment KPI control and monitoring; Verify the degree of achievement of objectives and goals; Non-conformities management (participate in the root analysis of the problem, proposals for corrective actions and verification of their effectiveness).

ANA PILAR RUIZ: PALEC
Financial Director

Ana, Financial Director at PALEC, got his Master’s degree in occupational risk prevention and in consultancy labour, tax and accounting.

Ana is in charge of the fiscal, labour and accounting sections, as well as government relations and company communication.

LAURA GEMMA GARCIA: CAPEC
Technical Manager

Laura, Technical Manager at CAPEC, has her master’s degree in higher engineering as well as a postgraduate degree in neuromarketing and an MBA. Laura has also studied food quality systems in different European Universities

Laura Gemma drafted all the technical manuals on food safety and hygiene, receiving the positive evaluation of EFSA for CAPEC. She has experience in the coordination of closed circuits, involving all links in the value chain.

MARÍA AMPARO MARTI: AMAFRUVA
Administration Manager

María Amparo, Administration Manager at AMAFRUVA, is a law graduate from the University of Valencia and holds a degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources.

María Amparo has extensive experience in the agri-food sector, being the legal advisor and administration manager of the association of fruit and vegetable wholesalers in Mercavalencia. In her professional career, she has defended the interests of the associated companies, as well as making improvements always aligned with the current regulatory compliance. She has extensive knowledge of the European regulations in force, as well as the ability to organise all her associates for the implementation of the closed circuit.
