SINTAC-R is a leading company in the recycling, management, conversion and commercialization of plastic materials, recovered worldwide from urban, industrial and agricultural waste. With 25 years of experience and presence in the 5 continents, SINTAC-R has launched important projects that promote a Circular Economy within the plastics and chemical industries.
SINTAC Projects Department
Since 2018, SINTAC has a new Department called «Circular Economy Projects»
from which it advises companies and Associations on new Circularity Projects
for plastic materials, promoting good practices in terms of reuse and
recycling and synergies between different companies that make up the
packaging value chain, in order to ensure the control and traceability of
the circuit.
This SINTAC Department also advises new EPR schemes that are being formed in
2024 to collectively comply with the «Extended Producer Responsibility»
legal obligations for the industrial and commercial packaging of the new
Spanish Packaging Law published in 2022.
SINTAC POLYMERS AND COMPOUNDS, S.L.U (SINTAC-P&C) – Affiliated entity SINTAC POLYMERS AND COMPOUNDS, S.L.U is a wholly owned subsidiary of SINTAC RECYCLING
SINTAC-P&C is a plastic
recycling plant, located in the province of Valencia. Its main activity is the
recycling of HDPE and PP. It has plastic shredding facilities, as well as
pelletising facilities, according to the customer’s needs. They also have their
own laboratory.
AGROFRESH FRUIT PROTECTION S.A. (AGROFRESH)

Asociación de Mayoristas Asentadores de Frutas y Verduras (AMAFRUVA)
AMAFRUVA, is an association made up of individuals and legal entities dedicated to the wholesale of fruit and vegetables in the pavilion designated for this purpose in Mercavalencia. 48 fruit and vegetable wholesale companies in Valencia, out of a total of 52 companies in the Central Fruit Market, belong to AMARFUVA. Its purpose is the promotion, defence and development of the economic and social interests of the Associated Wholesalers, the organisation and development of organisation and development of training activities for them and their workers, as well as advice and guidance in legal, economic, labour, financial, fiscal and technical matters that financial, fiscal and technical matters that they require.
CAJAS Y PALETS EN UNA ECONOMIA CIRCULAR (CAPEC)
CAPEC is a non-profit association based on a circular economy management system for fruit and vegetable polyolefin crates with the objective of providing recycled polyolefin crates that comply with all food safety guarantees, suitable for storing and transporting fruit and vegetables.
PALEC ECOLOGICO (PALEC)
PALEC initiated its operational activities in 1996, although the company founders have been dedicated to manufacturing plastic materials for more than 40 years. Its headquarters are located in Murcia (Spain) and it owns one plant located in Cartagena (Murcia). The total available area (sum of both facilities) is 30,000 square meters. It has 30 injection machines of different sizes (ranging from 150 tons to 1,400 tons), 1 own tooling workshop, 1 laboratory and a staff of 60 workers.
Reyde, S.A. (REYDE)
REYDE was founded in 1958. In the year 1977, it joined Armando Álvarez Group, a large company in the sector of the transformation of plastics and manufacture of steel drums. With production factories in El Prat de Llobregat and Sant Boi de Llobregat (Barcelona, Spain), REYDE manufactures a wide range of products in its blowmoulding, rotomolding and steel packaging divisions. REYDE is founding member of MIPI and Drumnet, organisations which include the world leaders in the packaging sector. Its members are located in more than 15 countries and are devoted to offer global services with high standard quality.
